SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — Here are this morning’s top stories with KELOLAND On the Go.

Meade County Sheriff Pat West says a call came in Sunday from a family sharing that their 13 year-old daughter was missing, with law enforcement soon concluding that someone took her. 33 year-old Sean Carlos Payne of Nebraska was identified as the suspect.

With temperatures getting into the eighties once again this month, it probably doesn’t feel like the right time to put up Christmas decorations, but that doesn’t stop ambassadors with downtown Sioux Falls from filling Phillips Avenue with holiday spirit.

The wind will help bring in cooler air, but temperatures will still be above average.  Highs will reach the 60s and 70s. Northwest winds will increase this morning and average around 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts.
