Diners aren’t dead. In fact, a new one is coming to Detroit’s West Village neighborhood next week. Located at 8029 Agnes St., Norm’s Diner will officially open its doors on Thursday, Oct. 24, promising to deliver the community a fresh spin on classic comfort food.
