I don’t know how under the radar this one is, but wide receiver Alec Pierce has been one of the best deep threats in football this season. He’s averaging a whopping 28.3 yards per catch in 2024 and is tied for the most receptions of 20-plus yards this season, totaling 295 yards on those plays. Also of note, the Colts have one of the best offensive line units in football this season.

On defense, I’ll mention cornerback Sam Womack, who was claimed off waivers during roster cuts and has seen his role increase in recent weeks. At a position with major unknowns coming into the season and one dealing with injuries, Womack has provided some needed stability. He’s allowed three receptions on five targets over three games and held opponents to just 25 yards. He’s also come away with some big pass breakups in key moments.
