SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A plastics factory in Brookings is now the sole owner of a partner facility in China, according to a company news release from Monday.
Falcon Plastics in Brookings now has full ownership of Poly-Cast, a partner facility in Suzhou, China. Falcon co-owned the China facility with Viking Plastics but bought all of Viking’s shares, according to the release.
Falcon provides custom plastic molding. The Poly-Cast facility has “been a key component of Falcon Plastics’ international presence,” the news release said. he full ownership will allow Falcon to provide seamless service across global operations, according to the release.
Falcon Plastics was established in 1975. According to its website, it has locations in Brookings, Madison, Lexington, Tennessee, Tigard, Oregon, and the location in China.
