The Tennessee Titans were embarrassed on Sunday, falling to Malik Willis and the Green Bay Packers 30-14 in a game that was never really close.

The Packers opened the game, slicing through the Titans’ No. 1-ranked defense, and really never looked back. Couple that performance with terrible offensive line play, and you get a blowout in Week 3.

Here’s a quick rundown of this week’s stock report.

DeAndre Hopkins came back to life in this game after a slow start to the season coming back from a preseason knee injury. In all, he pulled in six balls for 73 yards and one touchdown and started to look like the number one receiver that he is.

After bouncing back in Week 2 against the New York Jets and displaying the game changing abilities that made him a prized free agent acquisition, he was invisible in Week 3. In a game that Hopkins came back to life, Calvin Ridley could only manage one reception for nine yards. Carrying the same stat line as Treylon Burks. Not good.

While it wasn’t a great day for the defense, Ernest Jones had a day. In all, he recorded a whopping total of 23 combined tackles. The veteran linebacker is definitely finding his niche in this system and has made an impact even though he has been on the roster less than a month.

Injuries have plagued Chidobe Awuzie throughout his career and he suffered one early in this contest. The veteran cornerback injured his groin in the first half and did not return. The Titans are already thin at the cornerback position, so this injury is one to keep an eye on.

This may not resonate because Will Levis threw a pick six, one of two interceptions on the day, but he was no way responsible for this loss. In all, he went 26-of-34 for 260 yards two touchdowns and two interceptions, while being under constant pressure and being sacked eight times. It wouldn’t have mattered who the quarterback was, no one would succeed behind that offensive line performance.

While the entire offensive line struggled, Nicholas Petit-Frere was bad enough to be benched in the second half. Though specific individual pressure numbers or sack totals have not come out, it is known that he gave up the fastest sack (2.66 seconds) in the league to Kingsley Enagbare of the day for Week 3.

Kenneth Murray Jr. was a monster in the middle. He finished with 13 total tackles and two of the three sacks on the day. To this point, Murray and his running mate Ernest Jones have given the Titans one of the best inside linebacker duos in league through three weeks and they are still improving as a unit.

After opening the season as a dynamic playmaker, Tony Pollard struggled throughout the afternoon and never appeared to be a threat, He was only able to muster six carries for 16 yards and chip in three receptions for 15 yards. Like Levis, his performance is greatly impacted by the subpar offensive line play, but it also didn’t help take any pressure off the young quarterback.

Tyjae Spears might not have set the world on fire, but for a player battling an ankle injury, he made the most of his afternoon. He tied for second on the Titans with four receptions for 54 yards, he added two carries for seven yards. In a game where the team had only 33 yards rushing, his play after missing practice time had his meter pointing up.

Arden Key has been mostly invisible early in the season while running mate Harold Landry has been lighting it up. That trend continued Sunday, as he was limited to five total tackles and zero sacks. With Landry receiving extra attention, Key has to make an impact and that has not happened in 2024.
