If Jordan Love is inactive, I think the Titans can edge this one out. With the Packers sitting at 1-1, there shouldn’t be much motivation to rush Love back in Week 3.
The Titans have lost their first two games by the identical score of 24-17. Being 0-2 with their backs against the wall, I expect the Titans to come out motivated, especially on defense, to get their first win of the season in front of the home crowd.
