SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – If you’ve ever driven by an apartment building and wondered what’s inside, this weekend you’ll have your chance with the The Parade of Apartments and Downtown Sioux Falls Loft Tours. This year there are more than 30 locations involved.
“If they’re looking for a home now or in the future, it gives them a chance to kind of go around to see what they like and and what they’re looking for,” said Donya Hoscheid, Lloyd’s Regional Sales Manager.
Lloyd’s Parade of Apartments includes locations all across Sioux Falls and its surrounding areas. But the Loft Tours are highlighting Lloyd’s properties in the Downtown area.
“So we worked with Lloyd Company in the past on a few different projects. They are the sponsor for this fall’s loft tours. They’re also a pretty big player in the construction industry in Sioux Falls. And so, they have quite a few new buildings specifically in downtown,” said Jeb Cooper, marketing Manager for Downtown Sioux Falls.
The partnership not only allows Lloyd to showcase its properties, but also lets the downtown district shine.
“We’re here to improve districts and help create spaces, and part of that entails promoting the livability in the area. And so if we can help show people that it is possible to live, work and play all in Downtown Sioux Falls, that’s a win,” said Cooper.
With the $5 purchase of a map, attendees get access to as many properties as they would like to visit in the four-hour time span.
