SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A jury has found a Rapid City man guilty of 5 charges of Assault on a Federal Officer.
31-year-old Jeremy Crow faces up to eight years behind bars or a 250-thousand dollar fine for each charge.
A sentencing date has been set of December 2.
In December of last year, a tribal officer tried to detain Crow, but he pushed him back and tried to drive off in a police car.
The officer shut the car off and a bystander called for help.
During the arrest, the first officer was bit on the arm.
2 days later, Crow forced his way out of his cell and bit two corrections officers on the hand.
