SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Another State Prison inmate has died.
Bobby Vanbiber, age 66, died on Monday at the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls.
At the time of his death, Vanbiber was serving a 50-year sentence for first-degree rape from Grant County.
This is the 11th reported inmate death this year.
The Department of Corrections has cited a policy to not release details about an offender’s death.
