MADISON — Wisconsin entrepreneur Eric Hovde today released an ad highlighting how his diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at the age of 27 shifted his perspective on life. It led him to take his resources and help save as many children as possible through the Hovde Foundation.
“I was 27 years old and the doctor told me I have MS,” says Eric in the ad. “You quickly realize what’s the most important things in life: family, friendships, love, helping other people. It makes you much more empathetic and compassionate to those that are struggling and suffering. I wanted to achieve my goals and dreams, but I wanted to take my resources and save as many children as I possibly could.”
