Sioux Falls Police are investigating a manslaughter case after a shooting around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. One teenager is dead, and another is facing charges, along with an adult. Police believe it was an accidental shooting disguised to look like a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The state says it will not seek the death penalty if 64-year-old Jay Ostrem is convicted of 1st-degree murder. Ostrem is accused of shooting and killing three men in Centerville in May of this year.
