INDIANAPOLIS — A shooting victim who walked into an Indianapolis Fire Department Fire Station on the city’s northeast side is in critical condition Friday night.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called around 6:02 p.m. to 5520 E. 38 Street, which is the listed address for IFD Station 24, in response to a person shot run. IMPD said officers arrived and found a victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to an area hospital in “critical” condition. No other information was immediately available.
Police have not provided any information about where the shooting occurred or when it happened.
