INDIANAPOLIS — Just before 11 p.m. Thursday, IMPD responded to a report of a person shot near the 9900 block of East 38th Street.
When officers arrived, they located a victim with injuries consistent of gunshot wound(s). The victim was pronounced deceased shortly after.
Police have ruled this incident a homicide.
