COLUMBUS, Ind. — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 84-year-old man reported to be missing since Sunday afternoon in Columbus.
Stephen Lewis is described as a 155-pound white male who is 5’10” tall. He also has white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen on Sunday, Aug. 4, around 4 p.m. wearing a black baseball hat, gray sweater and blue jeans.
