WATERTOWN, S.D. (KELO) — A Watertown man was found guilty of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance, that being fentanyl.
According to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office, Heath Kelvin Hagen, age 37, from Watertown, was convicted by a jury following a three-day jury trial in federal district court in Aberdeen on Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
