Sabina Socol taking a photo on the street

If you’d asked me two months ago, I’d have told you I wasn’t a floral perfume person. I adored them when I was younger and still dipping my toes into the vast world of fragrance (a bright floral is one of the most classic, universal scents), but now I prefer a woody, amber-y aroma to something soft and sweet.

Recently, however, I came across Diptyque’s Eau Rose Eau de Parfum—a signature floral powered by damascena and centifolia roses (as the name suggests). The bottle itself was too pretty to give up, and I’m generally a sucker for gorgeous packaging, so I decided to give it a whirl.
