LEBANON, Ind. — The Lebanon Police Department is conducting a death investigation following a disturbance in the 300 block of West Main Street that left one dead and one hurt.
According to LPD, officers were called to the area around 2:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a male and female in apartment, both suffering injuries. While the female was transported to an area hospital for treatment, the male was pronounced dead on the scene.
LPD said both subjects are having their names withheld until more information is made available, and the family of the deceased is notified. They also believe this to be an isolated incident with no present threat to the public.
