ANDERSON, IN – A Silver Alert has been declared for a missing man from Anderson.
The Anderson Police Department is searching for 77-year-old Shellie Isiah Foard. He’s described as 5’11″ and 205 pounds black male, bald with brown eyes.
He was last seen Wednesday, July 10, at 4 p.m. wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt, jeans and tennis shoes and driving a blue 2015 Chevy Silverado with Indiana license plate TK171MXR.
He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
