SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A convicted sex offender is back behind bars, accused of having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old in Lincoln County.
41-year-old Nicholas Hausvik is on parole for child pornography.
He faces several new charges, including solicitation and sexual exploitation of a minor.
He was booked into the Minnehaha County jail on Tuesday and made his first court appearance Wednesday.
