On April 24th, 2023, a Brownsburg mother describes the incident that almost stole her life, inside her own home, as “a battle between good and evil… and God won!”
That day, the family of 60-year-old Susan Early thought their mother would not survive the nine stab wounds she received, after an dispute with her son. One to her head- that left the knife still inside- and another to her abdomen, just millimeters from a main artery.
Her son was charged with attempted murder, and is currently not competent to stand trial.
But Susan Early’s survival, and journey to recovery, is a true miracle.
