LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville emergency crews made a daring rescue of a semi driver after his truck went over the edge of Clark Memorial Bridge on Friday, leaving the semi dangling high above the Ohio River.
According to WDRB, at this time Louisville Metro Police confirmed only that there was a collision on the bridge that spans Indiana and Kentucky. WDRB captured footage that showed the truck cabin hanging out over the edge and the bridge and crews rappelling down to rescue the driver.
The bridge is closed as rescue and clean-up continues.
