INDIANAPOLIS – A person died in a crash on I-70 Monday morning.
According to Indiana State Police, it happened on I-70 eastbound around mile marker 78.9 near Harding Street.
Sgt. John Perrine with ISP said the two right lanes were closed. The crash involved a single vehicle, Perrine said.
Personnel from ISP and the Indianapolis Fire Department both responded to the scene.
The crash has since cleared, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation. The incident remains under investigation.
