SIOUX FALLS – Another big men’s college basketball game is coming to the Sanford Pentagon.
Gonzaga and Baylor will meet on December 2 in a rematch of the 2021 NCAA Championship game. These are the only two men’s Division I programs that have been ranked number one in each of the last three seasons.
Gonzaga played at the Sanford Pentagon on December 19, 2020 and defeated Iowa 99-88. At the time of that game, Gonzaga was ranked number one in the country and Iowa was ranked third.
Baylor has never played in the Sanford Pentagon.
Baylor defeated Gonzaga 86-70 in the 2021 national title game.
