Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry and defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons are two of the most notable players not taking part in voluntary organized team activities.
However, that doesn’t mean Simmons and Henry aren’t putting in work, as evidenced by the pair sharing workout videos on social media recently.
Henry, who is coming off a major foot injury last season and has no shortage of doubters about his future viability, was running uphill and working on change of direction in his video.
Meanwhile, Simmons showed the work he’s doing on his pass-rush moves, and he also shared a clip of himself lifting weights and looks to be in great shape.

The 2022 campaign is a pivotal one for both Simmons and Henry.
Big Jeff is coming off a season in which he established himself as one of the best players at his position in the NFL. The Titans picked up his fifth-year option for 2023 in May and if Simmons continues on the same path, he’ll undoubtedly land a big-money extension from Tennessee.
Henry remains one of the best running backs in the NFL going into 2022, but questions remain about his ability to bounce back from a serious injury; however, you won’t find that doubt on this site.
We fully expect Henry to be himself, and another big year from The King could land him an extension, something the Titans are reportedly open to.
