RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO)-Rapid City Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing girl.
Officials say 13-year-old Lawrencia Lookstwice was last seen Tuesday afternoon in the area of North Middle School. She was wearing a grey sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
