The body of an unidentified man was pulled from Lake Michigan Friday morning on the North Side, Chicago police said.
Shortly before 7:45 a.m., officers were on the scene in the 300 block of East Marine Drive conducting a water recovery.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Detectives are opening a death investigation pending autopsy results.
