Tour De Yankton Jobs 2022 Hiring Event and Business Tours
PIERRE, S.D. – The Department of Labor and Regulation (DLR) in partnership with Yankton Thrive and Riverfront Broadcasting will launch the inaugural Tour De Yankton Jobs Hiring Event on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. CDT.
The event will be hosted on the third Tuesday every month and is available at no cost to businesses and job seekers.
The Tour De Yankton Hiring Event and Tour is designed to allow job seekers the opportunity to explore a variety of career opportunities located in Yankton. Individuals are invited to stop by the participating businesses to learn about the company, tour the business, apply for a position, and receive a confidential interview.
Participating business partners for the month of April include Vishay, Applied Engineering, Jimmy Johns, ASTEC, L & M Radiator, Inc., Walmart, JoDean’s Steakhouse & Lounge, Hydro, Avera, and Truxedo.
In March 2022, the SDWORKS jobs database reported 1,847 job openings in Yankton County.
