Inmate Noah Schuler back in custody
SIOUX FALLS, S.D.- A minimum-custody state prison inmate who was placed on escape status this week is back in custody.
Inmate Noah Schuler was apprehended by law enforcement in Sioux Falls May 5.
Schuler left the Sioux Falls Community Work Center May 3 without authorization.
Leaving a community work center without authorization constitutes second-degree escape, a Class 5 felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
