The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Perry Township on Wednesday.According to officials, a single-vehicle, fatal semi-crash occurred just before 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23.The crash occurred on Interstate 75 southbound at the Hanthorn Road overpass.Officials said a 2013 Volvo Semi driven by Thomas J. Sajna, 50, of Cincinnati, went off the left side of the road and struck the overpass bridge support. Sajna was transported from the crash scene by Perry Township EMS and was later pronounced dead at Lima Memorial Hospital.The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted on scene by the Lima Police Department, Perry Township Fire and EMS, Ohio Department of Transportation, and Miller Auto Towing.
