Nine people were wounded in a mass shooting in Newark on Thursday evening, police said.
Cops said eight adults and one juvenile were struck by gunfire on Clinton Place, about two miles west of Newark Airport, WCBS reported.
Police have not released further details on what led up to the shooting.
All the wounded people were hospitalized in stable condition, according to PIX.
Authorities did not speculate on a possible motive.
