SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO)– A motorcyclist died Sunday afternoon in a single vehicle crash six miles south of Spearfish.
A 46-year-old Belle Fourche man was driving a 2015 Kawasaki motorcycle northbound on US Highway 14A, near mile marker 17 when he left the roadway and went over the embankment into the creek.
The driver became separated from his motorcycle, sustaining fatal injuries from the crash. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
The driver was not wearing a helmet.
