Not to brag or anything, but I’m kind of an expert when it comes to scoring a deal. The art all really comes down to one thing: patience. Being surrounded by sought-after designer items all day like I am is going to make you want to shop—period. But if you can just note the retailers that are selling the pieces you want most and sit on your hands until they run a sale, you can get those pieces at a fraction of the original price, not to mention a heap of self satisfaction. Honestly, coming out the winner of a sale is sometimes even better than receiving the item you actually won.
