DANIELLE: THE MEN RICHTER SAW WAS WALKNG UP FROM THIS HORRIFIC SCENE. A HEAD ON CRASH ON ROUTE 125, THAT LEFT 3 PEOPLE DEAD, . HIGHWAY PATROL TELLS US 66-YEAR-OLD DEBORAH MELL, WAS DRIVING HER HONDA CIVIC EASTBOUND WHEN IT CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND HIT A TOYOTA COROLLA. TROOPERS SAY THE DRIVER OF THAT CAR, 35-YEAR-OLD JEFFERY CHAMPMAN AND 34-YEAR-OLD RACHEAL MILLER WAS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT, NEITHER WERE WEARING A SEATBELT. >> HONESTLY, I’M GETTING REALLY TIRED OF PEOPLE GETTING KILLED HERE. Three people have died in a head-on collision in Clermont County, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.Troopers say the crash happened around 8:52 a.m. Sunday on State Route 125 at milepost 11 in Tate Township.Official say preliminary investigation shows a 2016 Honda Civic was traveling eastbound on SR 125 when it crossed over the centerline and hit a 2004 Toyota Corolla.Officials say three people – Deborah Mell, 66, the driver of the Civic; Jeffery Champan, 35, the driver of the Corolla; and Racheal Miller, 34, a passenger in the Corolla – all sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.Troopers say Mell was wearing a seatbelt. Chapman and Miller, officials say, were not.The crash remains under investigation by troopers.
