According to Clermont County Sheriff Robert Leahy, an arrest has been made and warrants filed in connection with the death investigation in Richmond Estates Home Park in Ohio Township.Detectives from the Clermont County Sherriff’s Office have charged a juvenile male, 17, for his suspected involvement in the deaths of the father and son found dead.Christian Montgomery, 17, is wanted on several warrants. The charges filed against him include multiple counts of aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery, robbery, and aggravated burglary, according to officials.Police said Montgomery should be considered armed and dangerous. He is also possibly in possession of a 9mm handgun.According to authorities, the juvenile has been known to frequent University Lane Apartments, mainly buildings 300 room #101 and 500 room #111. He also is believed to visit 449 Shannon Circle in Greenbriar Estates where his father resides.Police are offering a cash reward for up to $5,000 to anyone who knows where Montgomery is. Anyone with information on Montgomery’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Sgt. Nick Crouch at 513-732-7545 or 513-732-7510.Additionally, Anthony C. Montgomery, 18, was charged with one count of tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree.Montgomery was taken into custody without incident on Friday in Batavia and is currently being held at the Clermont County Jail. He appeared for his arraignment in Clermont County Municipal Court on Monday morning and received a $1 million cash or professional bond.Previously, detectives arrested and charged 20-year-old Dakota Pfeiffer last Friday, with one count of tampering with evidence in relation to the investigation, officials said.According to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the mobile park early last Thursday morning after a resident reported hearing gunshots in the area.According to police, in an interview with officers Pfeiffer stated that he went back to the crime scene to remove items left by the suspected shooter.Pfeiffer said he took the items to get rid of them, police said.Police said those missing items have not yet been recovered.Pfeiffer appeared in court on Friday and is being held on a $75,000 bond.He will be back in court for a preliminary hearing July 25 at 1 p.m.Clermont County deputies said the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released as it becomes available.
